Snorkeling

Culebra is one of the “World’s Best Islands for Snorkeling.” Sadly, Culebra is one of the few islands left in the Caribbean that still has a healthy coral reef system. So please, help us preserve our reefs by never touching, stepping, anchoring, fishing or taking anything away from the reef. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service has designated much of Culebra as a wildlife refuge and is one of the the most important turtle-nesting sites in the Caribbean. Expect to share the water with tropical fish, stingrays and even sea turtles.
