Playa Carlos Rosario

Playa Carlos Rosario is part of the Luis Peña Channel Natural Reserve. In order to get to this beach, you need to hike on the trail from the parking lot at Playa Flamenco. Playa Carlos Rosario is considered by many to be the best snorkeling spot in Culebra, with the best viewing in around 15-25 feet of water. Here you’ll encounter the largest diversity of corals and fish around the island.
